I had the parallel tween boy experience at AC/DC. Like your girls, my boys carefully accessorized their outfits - black pants, black metal band t-shirts, chains, studded leather cuffs. I even played the part and wore the black corset I bought at Hot Topic. We got there early and bought t-shirts too. I had to wear earplugs, but had a blast watching my kids watch the show and sing along to all the songs. My favorite part was at the concession stand when someone recognized my kids from a gig their band had played in San Jose! Sounds like fun! I had the parallel tween boy experience at AC/DC.
