MY DAUGHTER FRIENDED ME ON FACEBOOK!
5 CommentsIt is my honor and privilege to announce that Eva, my newly turned teenager, has friended me on Facebook. I told her this when I accepted her “friending” of me, to which she replied,”Mom, your (sic) weird, but thanks.” I am most certain that I am making waaaay too much of a big deal about this, but from what I have heard most kids would rather be caught dead than have their parents as friends on Facebook and usually block them from their accounts. I have to stop gushing or else I will embarrass her, which apparently I do on a regular basis. I will also refrain from saying my usual: “Some day you will be a mother and you will know how I feel.”

Why thank you Kathryn. That was an excellent article. I highly recommend that every parent read it and become “friends” with your kids.
